AGRICULTURAL PARKS PROGRAM
Length of lease term granted for agricultural park lots

For State-owned land, leases awarded may run from 15 to 55 years. Currently, the Board of Agriculture has set by policy a maximum term of 45 years.

For private lands master-leased by the State, the lease term is determined through negotiation between the State and the land owner.
